About Judge Everett
Judge Christopher J. Everett is the presiding judge of Denton County Probate Court No. 2. Selected by Judge Eads and our County Commissioners as the first presiding judge of this Court, Judge Everett took the bench on January 1, 2022.
Prior to serving as the presiding judge, Judge Everett served as the associate probate court judge for Denton County Probate Court No. 1 under Judge Bonnie Robison. Before serving on the bench, Judge Everett was in private practice serving clients exclusively in guardianship, probate and estate planning, while also managing his title company.
A life-long conservative, Judge Everett is a graduate of Regent University School of Law, a leading Christian university that focuses on a Christ-centered education. He will tell you the best part of his life is being by the side of his best friend and wife, Beth, a proud Texas Aggie and a practicing emergency department physician assistant. Chris and Beth, residents of Flower Mound, have been married since 2008 and are raising their five children, Kennedy (14), Hannah (12), Caleb (10), Tyson (8) and Samantha (6).
Chris and Beth have been long time supporters of the pro-life mission in the Dallas/Fort Worth area through the Catholic Pro-Life Community and Human Coalition. When not busy in court, the emergency department or at their home, you will find the Everetts at the soccer and football fields, basketball and volleyball courts or competing together at local 5Ks or fitness races.
